Animated Storyboards & Report Design
Care.com needed content that spoke to both sides of the workplace. Working within their brand system, I designed storyboards for animated explainers aimed at employees and employers, as well as The Hidden Workforce, a research report for HR leaders.

Before anything moves, it starts on paper. I storyboarded each video to lock in the story arc and make sure every scene followed Care.com’s brand guidelines.

I also designed The Hidden Workforce, a Care.com report for HR leaders on employees caring for both their kids and their aging parents. The goal was to make the research easy to take in and hard to ignore, pairing bold stats and simple charts with warm photography and real caregiver stories.
