MetLife is a global brand with a well-established visual identity system. My role was not to redefine the brand, but to interpret, apply, and extend it thoughtfully across a wide range of content, ensuring alignment across channels while supporting evolving business needs. I partnered closely with internal teams and stakeholders to bring consistency to how the brand showed up across social content, informational assets, special initiatives, and internal-facing moments such as new hires and spotlight events. Design decisions balanced brand consistency, regulatory clarity, and approachability, aligning multiple stakeholders around a shared visual language that could flex across channels while maintaining brand integrity.
Working within MetLife’s existing brand guidelines, I translated core visual principles into clear, flexible design executions that could scale across platforms. This required careful attention to hierarchy, typography, color usage, and layout systems to ensure clarity while maintaining brand integrity.
I collaborated with multiple stakeholders to understand goals, timelines, and constraints, adapting the brand system as needed without compromising consistency. Particular focus was placed on creating repeatable templates and patterns that supported efficiency while preserving a cohesive visual language.
